Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving clarity and structure in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Engineering Program Manager will manage delivery processes, prioritize work aligned with strategic goals, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the domain backlog structure and delivery plan, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Establish mechanisms for predictable delivery and maintain accurate risk and dependency registers
• Communicate progress and changes to stakeholders, ensuring work meets acceptance criteria and delivers intended value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in software/services delivery environments
• 3+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional work across multiple disciplines
• 3+ years of experience with delivery tooling and disciplined delivery hygiene
• 3+ years of experience operating in scaled delivery models and implementing standards/templates
