Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Engineering Program Manager will collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions that enhance caregiver experiences and manage the release of services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions that meet caregiver needs
• Manage the release of solutions and establish their identity within the ecosystem
• Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community throughout the solution lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 or more years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring collaboration and problem-solving
• Understanding of customer needs and solution analysis and design
