Job Summary

Engineering Program Manager II is a full-time position focused on collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design voice service solutions that enhance caregiver experience, requiring expertise in contact center projects and Cisco/Webex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design voice service solutions
  • Manage the release and establish the identity of solutions/services within the ecosystem
  • Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of related contact center experience
  • Deep knowledge of contact center projects, strategy, and architecture
  • Expertise in Cisco/Webex preferred
