Engineering Program Manager II

Job Summary

Engineering Program Manager II is a full-time position responsible for collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design voice services solutions, managing the release process, and supporting the caregiver community.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design voice service solutions
• Manage the release process and establish the identity of the solution/service in the ecosystem
• Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related contact center experience
• Deep knowledge of contact center projects, strategy, and architecture
• Expertise in Cisco/Webex is strongly preferred
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
