Engineering Program Manager II

Job Summary

Engineering Program Manager II is a full-time position focused on collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to design solutions that enhance caregiver experiences, requiring deep contact center knowledge and expertise in Cisco/Webex.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions and services
• Manage the release and establish the identity of the solution/service in the ecosystem
• Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related contact center experience
• Expertise in Cisco/Webex preferred
• Familiarity with leading contact center projects, strategy, and architecture
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
