Engineering Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Project Coordinator III to lead process adoption and optimization for hardware teams managing New Technology Introduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver monthly status updates to senior leadership, communicating progress, risks, and key decisions
• Design, implement, and improve NTI processes to ensure consistency and transparency across hardware teams
• Manage NTI database, ensuring accurate documentation and strong data hygiene while facilitating cross-functional coordination

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, process improvement, or tool adoption roles
• Experience in building and sustaining processes for cross-functional teams
• Some exposure to hardware development or technical engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience driving change management initiatives in fast-paced environments
