• Own and refine workflows for inbound requests to ensure effective triaging and progress tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status updates
• Curate meeting inputs into actionable items, ensuring decisions and next steps are documented and communicated

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations in a fast-paced tech environment
• Proven track record of building or refining processes in high-growth teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfort working across time zones and with distributed teams
• High ownership mindset, proactively addressing tasks that need attention
