Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to support various projects for the Advanced Optics division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and collaborate with internal and external customers to define and execute project plans
• Monitor customer requirements and manage program scope, ensuring alignment with business strategy and value proposition
• Oversee product testing and evaluation, ensuring manufacturing requirements are met and intellectual property is protected

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in related fields with a proven record of executing technical programs
• Ability to lead technical teams in problem resolution and strategy execution
• Experience in tracking and managing program spending, revenue, resources, and schedule
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
