Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing technology consultancy, the full-time remote Engineering Project Manager will manage project deliverables, coordinate team communications, and assist with process improvements across engineering and construction workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team meeting schedules, document action items, and ensure delivery expectations are met
• Organize project documentation, maintain version control, and support status updates and communication plans
• Track workstreams, assist with data collection, and drive process improvements in alignment with Engineering Program Management initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting architecture, engineering, and/or construction teams
• Experience with G-suite, SharePoint, BIM360, P6, and ACC
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without formal authority
• Basic knowledge of data center engineering or construction processes
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and LEAN methodologies
