Job Summary

Supporting the execution of strategic initiatives in a remote capacity, the full-time Engineering Project Manager will manage key workstreams and enhance organizational governance within the commercial automotive digital products sector, focusing on Ford Pro Intelligence and fleet software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of strategies to optimize business processes and improve performance for commercial customers
• Manage key workstreams and strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring operational efficiency across teams
• Act as a communication liaison between internal teams, assisting with meeting planning and preparing materials for senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience, relevant certifications, and training
• 3-5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or corporate strategy support
• Solid understanding of the Ford ecosystem and experience in the commercial automotive industry or fleet management software
• Proven experience utilizing project management and process improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
