Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Engineering Project Manager will manage multiple engineering projects remotely, serving as a key liaison between the U.S. team and offshore production, while ensuring project requirements are clearly communicated and met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple engineering/design projects from intake through completion
• Communicate project requirements clearly to the offshore production team and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project progress, deadlines, and production status while ensuring deliverables meet client standards

Required qualifications

• Strong project coordination or project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience working with offshore or remote teams
• Proactive and dependable with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with telecom, fiber, utility, GIS, CAD, or engineering design is preferred
