Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead complex engineering and product development projects, the full-time contract Engineering Project Manager will independently plan, execute, and oversee initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, execute, and manage complex engineering and product development projects
• Lead cross-functional project teams within a matrix organization
• Manage project budgets, product development costs, and monitor project progress to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 8-10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience
• 2-5 years of experience leading teams within a matrix management environment
• Strong experience managing complex engineering or product development projects
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams
