Job Summary

Managing cross-functional engineering projects, the full-time Engineering Project Manager will independently plan, execute, and direct complex assignments remotely while supervising team members and managing budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute cross-functional engineering projects that may span multiple product lines
• Identify and resolve complex engineering problems through innovative adaptations of standard principles
• Oversee project budgets and capital expenditures while supervising team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management
• 2-5 years of matrix management experience
• Thorough knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines
• Proven experience in technical problem-solving and project cost management
