Job Summary

To lead cross-functional engineering teams and drive innovation, the remote Engineering Project Manager will independently plan, execute, and direct engineering projects while overseeing financial aspects and managing team members in a contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Independently plan, execute, and direct cross-functional engineering projects across traditional product lines
• Manage projects on a cross-functional basis, including the direct supervision of team members
• Oversee all financial aspects of product development, including capital expenditures and project costs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 8-10 years of engineering experience
• 2-5 years of matrix management experience
• Experience in project engineering and project management
