Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Innovation Project Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project leaders to ensure timely delivery of projects related to new product introduction, cost savings, and capability development
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while facilitating communication and reporting
  • Recruit, coach, and develop project leaders, and participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • BS in Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years in Product Development and/or Project Management within engineering
  • Ability to teach project leadership skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Experience in managing team performance and resolving capability gaps
  • Proven track record in project management processes and systems
