Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Innovation Project Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project leaders to ensure timely delivery of projects related to new product introduction, cost savings, and capability development
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while facilitating communication and reporting
- Recruit, coach, and develop project leaders, and participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering
- Minimum 7 years in Product Development and/or Project Management within engineering
- Ability to teach project leadership skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Experience in managing team performance and resolving capability gaps
- Proven track record in project management processes and systems
