Engineering QA Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of QA Analysts and QA Automation Engineers, the full-time remote Engineering QA Manager will direct the Quality Assurance function across multiple products, ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop QA teams, managing performance and recruitment while maintaining high standards of quality assurance
• Establish QA standards and processes, ensuring adherence to Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate quality into product development and align priorities with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies including JavaScript, React, PHP, and AWS
• Experience with source control and work management tools such as GitHub and Jira
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
