Engineering Quality Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Quality Assurance engineers, the full-time Engineering Quality Manager will oversee quality control processes, conduct compliance audits, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance quality management systems in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality management procedures for autonomous driving products through team collaboration and cross-functional partnerships
• Support rapid engineering development by performing root cause analysis and implementing efficiency improvements
• Facilitate audits and training, ensuring compliance with quality management standards and effective communication of processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in quality management of software, hardware, or complex systems
• Proven experience managing a team of direct reports
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 26262, ISO 21448, and ISO 21434
• Experience delivering production systems from early prototype phases through product launch and in-field maintenance
