Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and attract qualified engineering candidates through various recruiting channels
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and align candidate profiles for open positions
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, focusing on engineering or technical roles
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for various engineering disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software
