Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter, Engineering (6 Month Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Support hiring across various technical functions within Engineering
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles and ensure a smooth hiring process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in software engineering
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a growth-stage startup
• Strong knowledge of ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (preferably HireEZ)
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse teams
• Familiarity with open-source communities is a plus
