Engineering Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment team, the remote Engineering Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for direct hire positions, acting as a strategic partner to clients while sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, with occasional onsite visits in North Charleston, SC.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients by providing market insights and consultative guidance on hiring strategies
• Independently prioritize and manage recruiting workflows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end interview logistics and maintain contractor/consultant relationships throughout the assignment lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in direct hire/permanent placements
• 3+ years of experience supporting Manufacturing clients with Engineering and Technician requisitions
• Must have an assertive "hunter" mindset and proven client-facing experience
• Proven experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates
