Job Summary

Leading a tech recruiting team, the full-time remote Engineering Recruiting Manager will drive hiring strategies, operational excellence, and process improvements to attract top engineering talent while partnering with senior leaders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of recruiters focused on engineering hiring, setting clear expectations and fostering high performance
• Partner closely with senior leaders to align on hiring priorities, headcount planning, and long-term talent strategy
• Own and operationalize recruiting processes at scale, ensuring they are efficient, consistent, and candidate-first

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting leadership experience
• 6+ years of total recruiting experience
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders during periods of growth and leading process improvements
• Experience operationalizing engineering or technical recruiting at scale
• Track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
