Job Summary
Leading a tech recruiting team, the full-time remote Engineering Recruiting Manager will drive hiring strategies, operational excellence, and process improvements to attract top engineering talent while partnering with senior leaders across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of recruiters focused on engineering hiring, setting clear expectations and fostering high performance
- Partner closely with senior leaders to align on hiring priorities, headcount planning, and long-term talent strategy
- Own and operationalize recruiting processes at scale, ensuring they are efficient, consistent, and candidate-first
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting leadership experience
- 6+ years of total recruiting experience
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders during periods of growth and leading process improvements
- Experience operationalizing engineering or technical recruiting at scale
- Track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
