Engineering Services Manager

Job Summary

To drive innovation in liquid cooling infrastructure, the full-time salaried Engineering Services Manager will manage advanced technology solutions, oversee commissioning and operations related to rack and server assembly, and develop training programs for supported sites while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement standards for commissioning and operation of liquid cooled systems to enhance efficiency in new product introductions and production
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities by streamlining processes and systems while managing departmental cost trends
• Lead design and development activities to improve and innovate equipment products and processes, ensuring effective knowledge transfer

Required qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, test engineering, quality engineering, or manufacturing operations with a focus on process development
• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in high-level assembly and integration with complex electro-mechanical systems
• Experience with automation technologies such as vision inspection systems and robotics/cobots
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment
