Engineering Solutions Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Engineering Solutions Lead on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between site engineering teams, leadership, reliability teams, and IT
• Assist in the rollout of engineering solutions and drive continuous improvement in maintenance and reliability practices
• Communicate operational engineering requirements into solution capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or reliability roles within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with engineering and asset management platforms
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
