Engineering Specialist
Job Summary
Taking ownership of new technical tasks and projects, the full-time Engineering Specialist will develop tools and features, support IT administration, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical projects, consulting with the CTO at key decision points
- Coordinate with the Technology Product Manager to develop solutions originating from other departments
- Assist in researching technology acquisitions and provide support to IT administration as needed
Required qualifications
- Significant experience with software development environments and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use unfamiliar technologies
- Experience with AI-assisted software development
- Proficiency in developing well-structured code and debugging existing code
- Desirable experience with web, mobile app, and progressive web app development
