Engineering Standards Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Standards Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain engineering standards and procedures for consistency, safety, and compliance
• Lead the review and continuous improvement of engineering processes incorporating best practices and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering standards with organizational goals and client requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering management or facilities management within commercial real estate
• Proven track record of developing and implementing engineering standards across multiple sites
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
• Deep understanding of relevant codes, regulations, and compliance requirements
