Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to lead the electrical design of utility-scale solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering activities during proposal and design stages, ensuring quality and responsiveness
• Provide strategic direction and coaching for engineering staff to achieve performance goals
• Participate in business development efforts to promote revenue growth and maintain client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited university or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in the engineering field preferred
• Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the US
• High level of initiative and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
