Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the contract Engineering Solution Support Lead will provide support for engineering solutions, manage user issues through a ticketing system, and develop maintenance plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for engineering solutions including PLM, PDM, CAD, CAM, and simulation systems
- Manage and resolve user issues through the ticketing system to successful completion
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing engineering solutions support team
Required qualifications
- Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management
- Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing technologies, including PLM, PDM, CAD, CAM, and ERP systems
- Working knowledge of networking, virtualization (VMware/Azure preferred), and databases (MS SQL preferred)
- Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing environments; Aerospace & Defense experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and customer support skills
