Engineering Support Lead

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the contract Engineering Solution Support Lead will provide support for engineering solutions, manage user issues through a ticketing system, and develop maintenance plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for engineering solutions including PLM, PDM, CAD, CAM, and simulation systems
• Manage and resolve user issues through the ticketing system to successful completion
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing engineering solutions support team

Required qualifications

• Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management
• Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing technologies, including PLM, PDM, CAD, CAM, and ERP systems
• Working knowledge of networking, virtualization (VMware/Azure preferred), and databases (MS SQL preferred)
• Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing environments; Aerospace & Defense experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and customer support skills
