Engineering Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Proactively managing the administration and governance of engineering platforms, the full-time Engineering Systems Engineer will oversee Azure DevOps, LaunchDarkly, and Flyway, ensuring optimal configuration, compliance, and automation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and govern Azure DevOps, managing projects, pipelines, and user access while monitoring platform health and usage
• Oversee LaunchDarkly feature flag operations, ensuring proper configuration, lifecycle governance, and SDK integration health
• Implement and maintain Flyway database migration standards, monitoring execution health and automating workflows to reduce manual tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Engineering Systems Administration, Platform Engineering, or DevOps roles
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps administration and configuration
• Familiarity with LaunchDarkly and Flyway, including governance and migration practices
• Demonstrated use of AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code in technical workflows
