Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter to attract top talent in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with staffing policies and maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of directly related experience, or additional experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting and full life-cycle recruiting processes
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and adapt to new recruiting techniques
  • Solid experience in recruiting for Engineering fields such as Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Computer Science
  • Proficiency in using online databases and applicant tracking systems
