Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale an engineering team with direct reports
• Set the technical vision and oversee system architecture and implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong systems design skills with hands-on experience in distributed systems
• Technical expertise in at least two core backend programming languages (Go, C++, Python, Rust)
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern DevOps practices
• Experience working on developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or AI/ML systems
