Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead - CDP / DMP.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a full stack development team, monitor performance, and unblock team members
Mentor team members and advocate for scalability, reliability, and maintainability in software development
Collaborate with product owners to develop product roadmaps and enhance team processes

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of recent and relevant development experience, specifically in PHP and Laravel
Demonstrated knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Service Oriented Architecture
Experience with agile methodologies
Strong desire for continual personal, professional, and technical improvement
Experience with frontend development using Vue
