Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for data systems and AI to support product strategy
• Own the design and evolution of Snowflake schemas, ETL pipelines, and data governance
• Develop and deploy ML pipelines with a focus on reproducibility and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or ML engineering
• Strong experience with Snowflake, Python, SQL, and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)
• Experience designing scalable schemas and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience deploying and supporting production ML models (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and integrating ML outputs into SaaS products
