Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in backend systems development using Python, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Kafka
• Experience translating product requirements into technical designs with hands-on testing experience
• Ability to balance short-term goals with long-term architectural vision
• Strong critical thinking skills with a system-level mindset
