Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex issues efficiently and develop innovative solutions
• Lead a small team of 5 engineers and manage project requirements and deliverables
• Report directly to the founder and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including 1 year in a leadership role
• Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Deep proficiency with Git and comfortable as a full-stack engineering leader
• Experience leading agile development processes and a passion for tackling complex problems
