Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to guide and mentor engineers in an agile product delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution and establish quality standards across various workstreams
• Serve as a technical mentor, providing code reviews and architectural guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior engineer role
• Strong expertise in modern development frameworks and platforms (e.g., Java, .NET, Spring Boot, React/Angular)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern CI/CD toolchains
• Proven ability to lead through influence and mentor peers without formal authority
