7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2-3 years in a technical leadership role
Strong expertise in C#/.NET and SQL Server
Experience with cloud-native development on AWS and Linux environments
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex applications
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
