Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to manage and deliver product outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow two cross-functional engineering teams through performance management and career development
• Own delivery outcomes by partnering with Product and Design, negotiating scope, and addressing issues promptly
• Provide architectural guidance and coach engineers on AI-native workflows to enhance development efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading software engineering teams with direct people-management responsibilities
• Comfortable with both coding and making architectural decisions
• Mastery of multiple mainstream programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript and PHP
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows
• Experience in measuring and improving team-level KPIs related to software delivery
