Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead for the CX/CCaaS Platform, this full-time remote position will manage a team of software engineers, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and hands-on development while driving the delivery of scalable cloud communications solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and day-to-day operations of a software engineering team
• Provide mentorship through coaching, code reviews, and guidance to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver customer-focused solutions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering or platform development experience
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Software Engineer
• Strong background in building modern distributed applications and cloud-native solutions
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
