Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a fully remote capacity, the Engineering Team Lead will drive the evolution of enterprise authentication solutions, focusing on design, scaling, and mentorship while ensuring secure and resilient identity services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the engineering team, overseeing system maintenance and development
• Guide technical direction and delivery while mentoring engineers and promoting professional growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize authentication capabilities and improve user access experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in information technology concepts and enterprise system maintenance
• Strong experience with identity and federation platforms, including knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams while remaining hands-on with technical solutions
• Expert knowledge of at least one programming language or enterprise system in use
