A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a full stack software development squad
• Plan and execute software development projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive innovation within the team

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
• 2+ years of experience developing cloud native applications on AWS
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing software development teams
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, VueJS, and Angular
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
