Engineering Team Lead, Product Security

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Engineering Team Lead, Product Security will manage the Product Software Security team, focusing on security architecture, secure development practices, and compliance across the Automation Control Software product portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Integrate security methodology and processes into software development
• Lead and develop the engineering team to achieve product security and organizational goals
• Guide architectural decisions related to product security, secure design, and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 2 years management experience
• At least 6+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record
• Experience in leading or contributing to cloud software development
• Exposure to security standards, frameworks, or certifications related to secure development practices
