Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage people and performance through 1:1s, growth feedback, and reviews
• Ensure efficient and effective execution and delivery to meet ambitious goals
• Oversee the hiring process, pipeline, and onboarding to scale the team

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading teams of 8-20 engineers, including remote teams
• Proven ability to build culture by hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent
• Experience as a player-coach, comfortable with code review and technical design
• Track record of shipping and scaling ambitious products and features
• Experience growing organizations through Series B/C to 30-40 engineers is a plus
