Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers and participate in product development
• Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new engineers, while fostering team dynamics
• Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members, promoting continuous growth

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping secure, reliable, and scalable systems
• Practical experience with agentic/automation workflows and system thinking
