Engineering Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers and participate in product development
• Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new engineers while fostering team dynamics
• Provide guidance, coaching, and continuous feedback to enhance team growth and performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals with a proven track record of delivering secure and scalable systems
• Practical experience in designing or adopting automation workflows
• Ability to think in systems and define clear specifications and quality assurance processes
