Engineering Team Leader

Job Summary

Engineering Team Leader, responsible for leading a full-time team focused on performance and developer experience, driving projects, managing team growth, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Team Boost by triaging incoming problems and determining investment priorities
• Own the project roadmap and establish partnerships to evaluate cross-organizational requests
• Support team growth through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and individualized development plans

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in shipping production systems, preferably with Node/TypeScript, React, React Native, GraphQL, and Postgres
• Proven ability to lead senior individual contributors and manage complex projects
• Experience with performance regression analysis and large-scale codebase migrations
• Ability to tailor management approaches to individual team members' strengths and career goals
• Familiarity with developer feedback loops and related tools such as APM, GitHub Actions, and E2E testing frameworks
