Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and architecture decisions for the vMetal platform in North America
• Develop Go services that transform raw hardware into usable APIs for customers
• Automate hardware lifecycle processes, including discovery, provisioning, and configuration

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in writing production-level Go code and designing clean services and APIs
• Experience with bare metal operations, including Redfish and IPMI
• Background in bare-metal-as-a-service offerings or hyperscaler environments
• Demonstrated technical leadership in architecture decisions and mentorship
• Experience with on-call responsibilities and a focus on reliability in systems
