Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of engineers to build and support the software application
• Guide the design and architecture of new solutions while ensuring compliance and robustness
• Lead EHR interoperability execution and maintain security compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a startup
• Experience with AWS-hosted microservice architecture, Java/Springboot, React, and PostgreSQL
• Experience implementing integrations between health systems and EHRs
• Strong security mindset with application development and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with modern development practices such as CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
