Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead the engineering function and drive product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the pace for rapid feature development and create a culture focused on quick validation
• Lead AI-first engineering practices and ensure the team effectively utilizes foundational AI models
• Design scalable technical architecture and systems that grow with the product

Required Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of foundational AI models and their applications
• Experience building engineering teams from scratch and managing team dynamics
• Proven track record through at least one early-stage startup and one growth phase
• Strong backend and systems fundamentals with the ability to address complex challenges
• Ability to quickly understand client needs and translate them into actionable product features
