Job Summary

Transforming and scaling the engineering organization, the full-time salaried Engineering Vice President will establish technical strategy, modernize legacy systems, and drive innovation through AI-assisted development while collaborating closely with the executive team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a unified engineering organization focused on operational excellence and accountability
• Align technical capacity with product priorities to create a reliable release cadence
• Direct modernization initiatives and integrate AI-assisted tools into engineering workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a senior engineering leadership role
• Proven track record in scaling engineering organizations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience translating technical strategy into business outcomes at the executive level
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tooling and CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
