Job Summary

Leading the engineering organization, the full-time remote Engineering Vice President will scale the team, ensure platform reliability and quality, and set architectural direction while partnering closely with product management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale the engineering organization to support company growth
• Own delivery, quality, and reliability of the platform, ensuring high uptime
• Drive security and compliance initiatives, including HIPAA standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
• Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS platform and team through rapid growth
• Strong architectural judgment with the ability to gain trust from senior engineers
• Demonstrated track record of building inclusive and high-accountability engineering cultures
